The Rosso Piceno Superiore DOC "Gotico" from Ciù Ciù is an organic, vegan red wine with a restrained, balanced profile. In the glass it shows a ruby color with lively highlights; on the nose there are hints of red fruit, light spicy notes and earthy touches that contribute to an overall harmonious impression. The structure is clearly defined without being excessive, with present but rounded tannins and a delicate persistence that invites drinking.

It is a versatile option for those seeking an accessible, environmentally respectful red. It pairs easily with pasta dishes with meat sauce, grilled white or red meats and semi-firm cheeses; it also works well with not-too-bold cured meats. Recommended serving temperature: moderate, around 16–18 °C, and open the bottle shortly before serving to allow aromas to develop. Ideal for everyday and convivial consumption.
