Rosso Terre Siciliane IGP Ventu Biologico - Baglio di Grìsi represents a perfect expression of the authentic character of Sicily, a rich and generous land. Coming from vineyards cultivated with organic methods, this wine is born from a careful selection of indigenous grape varieties, probably Nero d’Avola, which provide structure and depth without sacrificing fresh elegance.

The production area, with its Mediterranean climate and limestone soil, gives Ventu a complex organoleptic profile, characterized by aromas of ripe red fruits, delicate spices, and a light herbal touch that enhances freshness. The aging in wooden barrels, if present, enriches the bouquet with notes of vanilla and soft toast, while the refinement allows a harmonious balance between acidity and tannins.

Perfect to pair with meat dishes, aged cheeses, or simply to enjoy a moment of pleasant conviviality, this organic red tells the story of a distant and precious place.
