This Rosso Toscana IGT Casalferro in magnum format from Ricasoli shows a balanced, modern personality without excess. In the glass it displays a lively colour and an aromatic texture that favors ripe red fruit, accompanied by light spicy and earthy nuances; the aromatic profile remains clean and focused, with present but well‑integrated tannins. On the palate it is full and of substance, with good persistence and fruity returns that contribute to a warmly enveloping finish.

The wine lends itself to convivial service and structured dishes: it pairs readily with roasted meats, mushroom‑based dishes and medium‑aged cheeses. The magnum bottle is suited to prolonged sharing, promoting a progressive development of aromas over the course of the evening. It is recommended to serve it at a moderate temperature and to open it a little in advance to fully appreciate its expressiveness; it does not require particular conservation measures beyond basic conditions for red wine.
