The Rosso Toscana IGT Senza Solfiti from Fattoria dei Barbi is a true expression of purity and naturalness in the Tuscan wine scene. This wine, as the name suggests, is produced without the addition of sulfites, components that are commonly used in winemaking to stabilize the wines. The absence of sulfites requires very precise winemaking techniques and careful management of the wine, both in the cellar and in the vineyard.

Fattoria dei Barbi, with a long tradition in producing superior quality wines, has adopted for this Rosso Toscana IGT a philosophy that aims at total respect for the fruit and its natural aroma. The grapes, selected with extreme care, come from vineyards located in the Tuscan hills, famous for their fertile soil and the ideal climate for viticulture.

On the nose, the wine offers a bouquet of ripe red fruits, with clear notes of cherry and plum, and a slight spicy nuance that invites tasting. In the mouth, it presents a balanced structure, where the acidity and tannins blend harmoniously with the fruit, creating a pleasant and persistent sip.

This Rosso Toscana IGT is ideal to accompany dishes from Tuscan cuisine, such as "pici al ragù di cinghiale" (pasta with wild boar ragù) or a "bistecca alla fiorentina" (Florentine steak). It is recommended to serve it at a temperature of about 16-18°C to fully appreciate its qualities.

In offering this product, Fattoria dei Barbi demonstrates its commitment not only to oenological excellence but also to sustainable production that respects the environment and the health of the consumer. A wine for nature lovers and lovers of Tuscany, who seek an authentic experience that respects traditions, without sacrificing quality.
