The Rosso Umbria IGP Bio by Simon De Brion, produced by Terre Margaritelli, is a wine that tells the richness of the Umbrian territory through a careful and respectful organic approach. This red is born from grapes cultivated with natural methods, enhancing the authentic character of the native and international grape varieties chosen for this cuvée. The result is a wine with an intense ruby color, fragrant aromas of ripe red fruits, and delicate spicy notes that recall the undergrowth and a slight moist earth. On the palate, it is balanced, with soft tannins and an elegant freshness that enhances its drinkability, making it pleasant and versatile.

The aging, carefully conducted to preserve the quality of the organic grapes, imparts complexity without weighing it down. Perfect to accompany meat dishes, aged cheeses, or a dinner of rustic flavors, this Rosso Umbria IGP Bio expresses the genuine and sustainable soul of the region.
