The Demon's Share 3Y in the 150 cl format is a young rum but surprisingly complete: on the nose it shows molasses and vanilla on a backdrop of ripe tropical fruit, accompanied by a slight hint of caramel and toasted notes that suggest aging. The aromatic profile is linear and inviting, with an immediate balance between sweetness and freshness that leads to a gentle yet characterful sip. The alcoholic component is present, providing warmth and structure without flattening the aromas.

On the palate it is smooth, with medium body and a pleasant roundness that brings back toffee, candied citrus and a discreet spicy streak. The finish is dry and persistent, with light toasty sensations; the generous size makes it suitable for sharing, ideal neat with a single ice cube but also in classic cocktails or reinterpretations such as a rum old fashioned. It pairs gracefully with dark chocolate, dry pastries and desserts featuring dried fruit.
