Rum Don Papa Baroko 70cl

Don Papa, unlike the "classic" rums, is a distillate produced with quality raw materials grown in the Philippine Islands. The sugar cane is in fact cultivated in the fertile soil near the volcano of Mount Kanlaon. 

After a careful and accurate craftsmanship of the sugar cane with which an extremely dense molasses of aromas is extracted, a distillation follows in a workmanlike manner under the careful supervision of expert Master Distillers; the best noble American oak woods are also selected for the refinement.

Baroko is a Rum iaged at least 7 years old, which presents itself to the eye with an intense dark amber color.

On the nose, it offers caramelized and tropical fruit notes, with nuances of honey, toasted almonds, candied fruit, vanilla, orange peel and hints of chocolate making their way in the background.

In the mouth, it gives a warm, enveloping sip of great richness and aromatic persistence. Perfect for creating cocktails but certainly exceptional to be enjoyed neat.
