Rum Estelar Extra Anejo is produced by the homonymous distillery located in Ecuador.
It is aged in oak barrels at an altitude of about 3,200 metres. above sea level, in the highest bodega de anejamento in the Caribbean.
Its color is dark amber. Sweet notes of vanilla and caramel rise to the nose, with a touch of cocoa. On the palate clear hints of hazelnut are perceived.
It is the only Ecuadorian rum, certified and guaranteed by the state with the INEN 363 standard.
