Gayuma by Don Papa presents itself as a rum with an enveloping profile, presented in a gift box that also makes it suitable as a present. On the nose it offers a warm, recognizable aromatic weave: notes of cooked cane sugar, vanilla and caramel, with hints of ripe fruit and a light woody nuance; everything is well balanced, without excessive sweetness. The structure is soft and rounded, with integrated alcohol that supports the sip without making it harsh.

On the palate you appreciate the cleanliness of flavor and good depth: creamy and spicy notes evolve toward a savory, lingering finish. It is suited both to tasting neat, at room temperature or with a few ice cubes, and to simpler reinterpretations such as a rum & tonic or classic cocktails where it doesn’t lose personality. It also pairs well with hard cheeses or dried fruit. Pair it with dark chocolate or cream-based desserts to highlight its aromas.
