Rum Kingston 62 Gold celebrates Jamaican independence in 1962, the great pride of the nation.
It is a blended rum based on Pot Still Rums and Column Still Rums. Kingston 62 Gold Rum, formerly known as Appleton Special Rum, offers great quality.
With a golden color like honey, bright and brilliant, it strikes the nose with warm, deep and intoxicating aromas that evoke cedar wood and incense, mixed with hints of ripe yellow fruit and cotton candy.
On the palate it is clear and intense, soft and clean, with numerous toasted and spicy returns of nutmeg, tobacco and wood. The long and persistent finish offers the palate a taste to be savored without haste.
