Trois Rivières Cuvèe de l'Ocèan is a Rum produced from one of the oldest plantations in Martinique: which dates back to the mid-17th century. At that time, Nicolas Fouquet was a Superintendent of Finances of King Louis XIV, who wanted to make it the largest estate on the island (220 hectares).
A label made with sugar cane juice grown on the seafront of the sunny plot of Anse Trabaud located in the extreme south of Martinique.
It has a unique and particular taste characterized by strong mineral, brackish and marine notes. It has a transparent and crystalline color. The scents are pleasant, punctuated by floral aromas of sugar cane flowers and particular mineral and marine nuances. The taste is decidedly robust, rich, full and pleasantly mineral.
A particularly long and absolutely unique sip, to try in combination with seafood and shellfish, dto savor smooth or for use in the preparation of cocktails like the Daiquiri or the Mojito.
