The S.W. Churchill 2015 by Pol Roger is an emblematic champagne that represents the excellence of the winemaking tradition of Champagne, a region renowned for producing sparkling wines of the highest quality. Obtained from a careful selection of Pinot Noir grapes, this cru reflects the elegance and structure typical of this variety, accompanied by a complexity developed during the prolonged aging on the lees.

The 2015 vintage stands out for its vibrant freshness, with a very fine and persistent perlage that enhances the aromatic notes. On the nose, scents of ripe fruit, bread crust, citrus, and hints of toasted almond emerge, while on the palate it reveals a perfect balance between liveliness and softness, with a long and refined finish that invites another sip. The Classic Method used in its production contributes to its elegance and gustatory complexity.

This champagne is ideal paired with delicate fish dishes, crustaceans, and white meats, but it is also suitable for celebratory moments or as a meditation wine. S.W. Churchill 2015 is a sensory experience that embodies the perfect harmony between terroir, grape variety, and cellar mastery.

Winery history
Founded in 1849 by Pol Roger, the house moved to Épernay in the early 1850s and is still managed by the family's descendants. During the 20th century the house consolidated its reputation, forging a historic link with Winston Churchill and developing a network of estate vineyards complemented by supplies selected from Grands e Premiers Crus. In recent decades the house has renovated its cellars and refreshed its image while maintaining traditional winemaking practices and long cellar aging.
Production philosophy
Pol Roger focuses on stylistic consistency and grape quality: separate vinifications by cru and variety, predominant use of steel and concrete, extended time on the lees and traditional riddling. Grape selection favors high-quality crus to preserve elegance, structure and finesse.
Terroir and vineyards
Based in Épernay, it sources grapes from its own vineyards and from growers in the main Champagne areas, including Montagne de Reims, Vallée de la Marne and Côte des Blancs. The Maison uses grapes from selected Grand Cru and Premier Cru sites.
