Winery history
The project began in the early 2010s. Activities developed with the establishment at Mas Héritage and the first plantings in 2012; the first "7 Pierres" wines were vinified with the support of Pierre Mollier, and the "Alchimie" boutique opened in 2014. In 2017 a traditional winemaking cellar was created at Mas Héritage, followed by commercial developments and exports.
Production philosophy
To showcase the richness and diversity of Ardèche terroirs by bringing together seven appellations under a single project: placing freshness, softness and fruit character at the center, with a strong focus on Syrah as the unifying thread and technical influences drawn from meetings with local oenologists and vignerons.
Terroir and vineyards
A producer rooted in Ardèche that works with grapes from several local appellations — Cornas, Saint-Joseph, Condrieu, Saint-Péray, Côtes du Rhône, Côtes du Vivarais and Coteaux de l'Ardèche — grown on often-granitic soils and the terraced vineyards typical of the area.
