The Saint-Joseph Rouge by Hugo et Pauline Villa represents an excellent expression of the terroir of the Northern Rhône Valley region. Primarily obtained from Syrah grapes, this wine is known for its vigorous character and aromatic depth. The color is an intense red, almost impenetrable, which preludes to a nose rich with nuances of black fruits, black pepper, and subtle notes of wild herbs, typical of Syrah grown in this region.

On the palate, the Saint-Joseph Rouge by Hugo et Pauline Villa is robust and structured, with a well-integrated tannic texture that gives the wine great potential longevity. The notes of blackberries, plums, and spices blend with a slightly smoky touch derived from the elegant barrel aging, which further enriches the palate without overwhelming the fruit.

Ideal for accompanying intense dishes such as meat stews, game, and aged cheeses, this wine is also an excellent candidate for aging. Serving it at a temperature of approximately 16-18°C will allow you to fully appreciate its complex bouquet and balanced structure.
