The Sangiovese di Romagna DOC BIO from I Sabbioni is a red wine with a straightforward character and declared organic origin. In the glass it shows a clear ruby colour. On the nose it offers a profile focused on red fruits—cherry, raspberry and a note of pomegranate—accompanied by light herbal hints and delicate spice. The palate is fresh, supported by lively acidity and restrained tannins that give it a savoury return and good drinkability.

This is a versatile bottle, suitable for everyday drinking but able to accompany home-style dishes. It pairs well with pasta in tomato sauce, typical cured meats and grilled white meats; it also works with some medium-aged cheeses. Serve at around 16–18 °C in lightly tulip-shaped glasses to highlight its expression. The BIO certification is apparent in the clean profile and the impression of honest simplicity that the wine conveys, linear and direct.
