The Sangiovese from Fattoria Mancini is a red wine with good character, featuring aromas of small red fruits, cherry and light Mediterranean herb notes. On the nose there is a pleasant freshness that carries through to the palate: noticeable acidity and ripe, not aggressive tannins. Medium-bodied, balanced structure and a clean finish make it easy to drink, showing a tannic texture that supports without weighing down. The drinking experience is juicy and straightforward, suited to those seeking a versatile, not overly demanding red.

It pairs simply with everyday dishes: pasta with tomato sauce or ragù, grilled white and red meats, cured meats and medium-aged cheeses. It is also suitable as a companion for an informal dinner or a family lunch. Serve at around 16–18 °C; if possible open the bottle a few minutes before tasting; a short decanting can help open the aromas. The bottle and producer suggest an honest, direct offering, intended for daily use rather than long-term aging.
