The Sangiovese IGT "Bartimeo" by Stefano Berti shows a lively ruby color and an aromatic profile focused on red fruit: cherry, small berries and raspberry notes, accompanied by light floral nuances and a touch of earthiness. On the nose there are also delicate hints of sweet spices and a balsamic note that adds depth without weighing it down. The overall impression is one of olfactory clarity, with a freshness that balances the fruity tones and makes the bouquet accessible and immediate.

On the palate it confirms a medium body, tannins that are present but soft and a lively acidity that supports the structure without becoming intrusive. The texture is straightforward, with a clean finish recalling ripe red fruit and light spicy notes. It is a versatile wine, suitable for everyday pairings: tomato-based pasta, grilled meats, savory sauces and medium-aged cheeses, as well as rustic traditional dishes. Serve at a cool temperature, around 16–18 °C, in glasses that highlight fruit and freshness.
