This Sangiovese Superiore Organic DOC offers an immediate, honest profile: ripe red fruit and cherry, hints of Mediterranean herbs and a light spicy note that doesn't overwhelm the sip.

On the palate it is balanced, with a vibrant freshness that supports a tannic structure that is present but smoothed; the body is medium, the feel is clean and fluid, with a savory element that pleasantly extends the finish without forcing it. The organic aspect is evident in the aromatic purity and the wine's fresh dynamics, which seek no artifices but easy drinkability. At the table it moves with ease: it enhances hearty first courses, meat sauces, grilled white meats and medium-aged cheeses, but also stands up well to more rustic dishes. Best served slightly cool and left to breathe a few minutes to open its aromas; it is an everyday wine but full of character, able to be enjoyed immediately and to accompany convivial moments without pretension.
