The Sangiovese Superiore di Romagna DOC "Federico" from Tenuta Pandolfa represents a winemaking excellence that highlights the quality and winemaking tradition of Romagna. Made exclusively from Sangiovese grapes, this wine is produced in accordance with the rules of the Controlled Designation of Origin, thus ensuring an authentically local product.

With an intense ruby red color, the "Federico" from Tenuta Pandolfa opens with an enveloping aromatic bouquet, where the primary aromas are typical of Sangiovese: notes of ripe cherry, violets, and delicate hints of spices. On the palate, the wine offers a solid yet harmonious structure, with well-integrated tannins and a lasting freshness that invites another sip. The olfactory complexity is confirmed in the mouth, accompanied by a pleasant length and cleanliness.

Aged partly in steel and partly in wood for several months, the "Federico" possesses the perfect fusion of tradition and innovation that makes it versatile and suitable for multiple culinary pairings. It pairs wonderfully with Romagna cuisine, particularly with hearty dishes like tagliatelle alla bolognese, roasted meats, and medium-aged cheeses.

This wine is ideal for those looking for a Sangiovese with a strong but balanced character, capable of expressing the richness of the territory from which it comes without sacrificing elegance and drinkability. A must-have for lovers of quality red wines who desire Italian excellence in their glass.
