The Sauvignon Friuli DOC Le Monde expresses a fragrant, immediate character: in the glass it appears bright, with straw-colored highlights. The aromas recall Mediterranean herbs and notes of grapefruit, lime and a subtle mineral streak; it is not overpowering, but precise, with a freshness that invites a sip. The approach is lean and direct, marked by a lively acidity that structures the wine without weighing it down.

On the palate it confirms the aromatic impression with a savory, easy-drinking sip, medium body and a texture that favors cleanliness and drinkability: tannins are nonexistent, the sensation is more one of citrus juiciness and a pleasant saline finish that prolongs the enjoyment. It pairs well with seafood, shellfish, light vegetable preparations and fresh cheeses; it should be served cold to appreciate its vivacity. A Sauvignon that straightforwardly interprets the Friulian style, easy to pair with food and pleasant on its own.
