The Sauvignon Venezia Giulia IGT from Villa Job is a specimen that captures the essence of Sauvignon vines, which find in the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region an ideal terroir for expressing their full vitality and aromatic complexity. This wine represents a sublime blend of modern winemaking techniques and respect for the local wine-making tradition.

In the glass, the Sauvignon "Sudigiri" displays a straw-yellow color with greenish highlights, clear and brilliant. The olfactory profile is intensely aromatic: notes of citrus, ripe tropical fruit, and a light herbal vein that confirms the authenticity of the vine stand out. There are also hints of green pepper and some mineral nuances, typical of the soils of Friuli.

On the palate, the wine is fresh and lively, with good acidity that supports its structure. The palate is delighted by an intriguing complexity of flavors that reflect the olfactory sensations, evolving towards a persistent and pleasantly harmonious finish. The balance between freshness and aromatic intensity makes the Sauvignon "Sudigiri" by Villa Job an excellent choice to accompany fish dishes, shellfish, or as a refreshing aperitif.

This wine is suitable for those who appreciate fruity whites but with a solid acidic structure, ideal to be enjoyed young, but also capable of evolving well after a few years of bottle aging. Each sip of Sauvignon "Sudigiri" promises a sensory discovery, enveloping the palate with elegance and leaving a lasting impression.
