The Nero d'Avola Neré by Feudo Maccari is a true emblem of Sicilian oenology, produced in the heart of the Val di Noto, an area known for its extraordinary wine-growing vocation. This red wine is made exclusively with Nero d'Avola grapes, a variety that expresses its fullness and richness in this sunny region, offering wines of great intensity and character.

The winemaking process is carried out with great care, following tradition but with an eye toward modern technology. The grapes are handpicked and, after a maceration of the skins lasting about 10-12 days, the wine matures in stainless steel tanks to preserve the freshness and aromatic authenticity of the variety.

Visually, the Nero d'Avola Neré has an intense ruby red color, with hints leaning towards violet. On the nose, it offers a rich bouquet that ranges from notes of ripe red fruits like blackberry and plum, to nuances of spices and a slight herbal touch, typical of Nero d'Avola. On the palate, the wine shows a solid but harmonious structure, with well-integrated tannins that promise good aging potential. The balance between acidity and body is impeccable, leading to a long and pleasantly persistent finish.

Ideal for pairing with robust dishes like red meat roasts, stews, and aged cheeses, the Nero d'Avola Neré by Feudo Maccari is a wine that celebrates the richness and diversity of the Sicilian terroir, offering an unforgettable sensory experience. A must for lovers of Sicilian wines and an excellent addition to any cellar.
