Sixto Uncovered Chardonnay from House of Smith offers a modern take on the Chardonnay grape that emphasizes freshness and approachability. In the glass it shows a bright straw color; on the nose it opens with hints of white-fleshed fruit and citrus, accompanied by floral nuances and a light mineral touch. The palate is balanced, with a fresh texture and a soft flavor presence that leans toward a clean, persistent finish.

Suited to informal occasions and everyday dining, it pairs with seafood starters, fish dishes, light white meats and fresh cheeses. Serve slightly chilled, around the typical serving temperature for whites, and pour into a broad tulip glass to highlight the aromas. Store in a cool, stable place; it does not require special aging techniques and is intended to be enjoyed in its youthful, vibrant phase. Also suitable as an aperitif, thanks to its immediacy, and fitting for convivial gatherings.
