The Slalom Strong Lager is produced in Scotland, arrived in our country at the end of the Eighties, and was a great success from the very beginning.
It is a full-bodied and structured beer, ideal to be enjoyed during a dinner in the company of relatives or friends.
Its color is straw yellow, with a white, fine, compact and persistent foam. On the nose comes a particular balsamic note that recalls the mountain pine but which does not cover its original fruity scent.
The body is direct, round and clear. Despite the rather important alcohol content and the consequent evident alcoholic sensations, it remains an easy to drink beer with a pleasant sip.
