Teeling Small Batch Irish Whiskey Alentej Finish offers a balanced and highly pleasant profile: the Irish base retains the spirit’s typical grace, while the Alentej finish adds a Mediterranean nuance. On first contact soft sensations of honey and vanilla emerge, accompanied by light citrus notes and a hint of dried fruit that remains evocative without overpowering. The sip is round, well balanced between warmth and freshness, with a texture that flows cleanly and invites a second glass.

On the palate the structure proves harmonious, with imperceptible tannins and a persistence that highlights the more delicate aromas; the finish leaves a slightly spicy and pleasantly dry aftertaste. Served at room temperature or with a small splash of water, it is suitable both for contemplative tasting and for accompanying dishes such as aged cheeses, walnut crostini or a square of dark chocolate, enhancing the complexity without weighing it down.
