The Soave Classico DOC "Il Gambero" by Bolla is a white wine that expresses with elegance and finesse the qualities of the Garganega vine, grown in the historic hills of Soave Classico, in the heart of Veneto. This area is renowned for the production of white wines that stand out for their freshness, minerality and aromatic complexity. Bolla, a winery with a long tradition and dedication to quality, offers with "Il Gambero" a Soave Classico which is the perfect synthesis between tradition and modernity, ideal for those looking for a quality wine in a smaller format.

Visually, "Il Gambero" has a light straw yellow color, with greenish reflections that underline its liveliness. On the nose, the wine offers a delicate and inviting bouquet, with predominant notes of white flowers, green apple and citrus fruits, enriched by a light mineral vein, typical of the volcanic soils of Soave Classico, which gives the wine a pleasant olfactory complexity.

In the mouth, Bolla's Soave Classico DOC reveals a light but balanced structure, with an acidic freshness that supports the fruity and floral notes, leaving a sensation of cleanliness and pleasantness on the palate. The subtle minerality blends with the softness of the wine, leading to a long and persistent finish, characterized by a delicate elegance.

Ideal as an aperitif, "Il Gambero" Soave Classico DOC pairs perfectly with light appetizers, fish and seafood dishes, white meats and fresh cheeses. Its versatility makes it suitable for a wide range of occasions, always offering a highly satisfying tasting experience.

With its Soave Classico DOC "Il Gambero", Bolla demonstrates its commitment to the production of wines that are an authentic expression of the territory and the viticultural variety, offering a product that combines the freshness and minerality typical of Soave Classico with the practicality of a small format.
