The Soave Superiore Classico DOC "Tufaie" by Bolla is a white wine that represents the excellence of Soave production, coming from the classic area of Soave, in the heart of Veneto. This wine takes its name from the characteristic tufa formations, a type of volcanic rock present in the region, which gives the terroir a particular minerality and contributes to the aromatic and gustatory complexity of the wine. Bolla, a winery with a long tradition in the production of quality wines, has carefully selected the best Garganega grapes to produce "Tufaie", a Soave Superiore which aims to best express the unique characteristics of this territory.

Visually it presents a brilliant straw yellow color, with golden reflections that highlight its richness. On the nose, the wine offers an intense and complex bouquet, with notes of white flowers, white pulp fruit such as apple and pear, enriched with citrus nuances and a light mineral vein, which reflects the influence of the volcanic soil on the profile aromatic wine.

In the mouth, Bolla's Soave Superiore Classico DOC reveals an elegant and well-balanced structure, with an acidic freshness that supports the fruity and floral notes, enriching the palate with surprising complexity and depth. The subtle minerality blends with the softness of the wine, leading to a long and persistent finish, characterized by a pleasant elegance and an aftertaste that invites subsequent tasting.

Ideal as an aperitif or paired with delicate appetizers, fish, seafood and white meat dishes, the "Tufaie" Soave Superiore Classico DOC is a wine that stands out for its versatility and refinement, offering a tasting experience of high level that celebrates the winemaking tradition of Soave Classico.

With its "Tufaie", Bolla confirms its commitment to the production of wines that are an authentic expression of the territory and the viticultural variety, offering a Soave Superiore Classico that combines the freshness and minerality typical of Soave with the complexity and elegance of a high quality wine.
