Tenuta di Salviano's Solideo is a wine that embodies the passion and oenological excellence of Umbria, an Italian region known for its rich winemaking history and the production of quality wines. Located near Lake Corbara, Tenuta di Salviano benefits from a unique microclimate and volcanic soils that give the wines a distinctive minerality and complexity. Solideo, the estate's flagship, is a blend of selected grapes that reflect the best of the terroir and Umbrian winemaking tradition.

This wine is the result of the assembly of native and international varieties, carefully selected to create a harmonious balance of flavors and aromas. Winemaking takes place with the aim of enhancing the varietal characteristics of each grape, through separate fermentations and careful aging in oak barriques, which enriches the wine with complex tones and elegant nuances.

Solideo has an intense and deep red color, which heralds the olfactory and gustatory richness of the wine. On the nose, it opens with a large and complex bouquet, where notes of ripe red fruits intertwine with hints of spices, vanilla and a touch of tobacco, the result of aging in wood. These olfactory sensations are enriched by balsamic and mineral accents, which reflect the uniqueness of the Salviano terroir.

In the mouth, the wine demonstrates extraordinary richness and depth, with silky, well-integrated tannins supporting a robust structure. The balance between acidity and body is impeccable, leading to a long and persistent finish, characterized by a pleasant persistence of fruity and spicy flavours, with a light mineral note at the end.

Ideal in combination with rich and structured dishes, such as grilled red meats, game, mature cheeses and truffle-based dishes, the Solideo by Tenuta di Salviano is a wine that celebrates the Umbrian oenological art, offering a tasting experience capable of satisfy even the most demanding palates.
