The Sotol Nando y Lalo Lot 10, artisanally produced by the Sotoleros in the heart of the Chihuahua desert, is a unique distillate made from the fermentation and distillation of Dasylirion, a plant that grows wild in this semi-arid region. This sotol is characterized by its refined aromatic expression, with herbal, earthy, and slightly spicy notes that evoke the authentic traditions of northern Mexico. The aging process in wooden barrels gives the drink a smooth and enveloping complexity, with sweet bitter notes and a pleasant persistence on the palate.

Thanks to its balanced structure and intense aromas, the Sotol Nando y Lalo Lot 10 is well suited to be enjoyed neat, possibly accompanied by a fresh note like a slice of lime, but it also proves to be an excellent ingredient for cocktails with a Mediterranean soul. It is a distillate that tells the story of the land through its botanical and artisanal uniqueness, enhancing the wild nature of the Mexican desert.
