Elegant and crisp, this Souvignier Gris from Alto Adige opens with a fine aromatic profile: white flowers intertwined with notes of pear and Golden Delicious apple, subtle herbaceous nuances and a mineral note that underpins it all. The palate is immediate and well-balanced, with lively acidity and a salinity that balances the fruit; the medium body allows for a smooth progression and a pleasant persistence without weighing it down. The flavor texture offers a light creaminess that envelops the palate, while the finish leaves a hint of bitter almond, testament to a measured equilibrium.

In the glass it proves versatile, suitable as an aperitif or paired with delicate fish dishes, shellfish and white meats, as well as fresh cheeses. Serve around 10–12 °C to enhance its freshness and drive. Natus by Ritterhof shows a pleasant personality, linear and discreet, speaking of precision and a stylistic choice without excess; it also pairs well with delicate Asian cuisine or light risottos.
