Il Spätburgunder (Pinot Nero) Unfiltriert prodotto da Thanisch è un vino rosso straordinario che incarna tutta l'eleganza e la complessità del Pinot Nero tedesco. Questa varietà è rinomata per le sue caratteristiche delicate ma avvolgenti, e questo Spätburgunder non fa eccezione.

Prodotto senza filtrazione, mantiene infatti una naturale struttura che ne esalta la purezza e l'autenticità. Al naso, si presentano aromi di frutti rossi come ciliegia e lampone, con note sottili di spezie e un accenno di terra umida che aggiunge profondità.

In bocca è armonioso, con tannini morbidi e ben integrati, offrendo un equilibrio perfetto tra acidità e corpo. La finitura è elegante e persistente, con un retrogusto che richiama le sensazioni fruttate e speziate percepite all'inizio.

Questo vino è ottimo da abbinare a piatti a base di carne bianca, anatra o formaggi stagionati, e può anche essere apprezzato da solo per cogliere appieno tutte le sue sfumature. Winery history
Family tradition is documented as far back as 1636, and the estate is still run today by the same family. Villa Thanisch dates back to the 19th century, and the winery had already gained great renown by the late 19th century. The estate is also among the founding members of the VDP.
Production philosophy
Focused on quality and tradition, with a strong emphasis on expressing the Mosel terroir: Riesling-based wines characterized by a balance of fruit, acidity and minerality, aimed at freshness and aging potential. Production includes dry, off-dry, noble-sweet wines and a sparkling Riesling.
Terroir and vineyards
Vineyards concentrated in the Mittelmosel around Bernkastel-Kues: parcels in Bernkastel, Kues, Lieser and Brauneberg; holdings in crus classified as Lage, such as Berncasteler Doctor, Bernkasteler Lay, Berncasteler Badstube and Bernkasteler Graben.
