The Spumante Alta Langa DOCG Brut of Ca' Bianca is born in the Piedmontese hills, in a territory suited to the classic method, expressing elegance and complexity. The blend is mainly composed of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, traditional grape varieties of this excellent denomination, which provide a fine and persistent perlage. After a long aging on the lees, this sparkling wine presents a bright straw yellow color and a refined bouquet, rich in yeast notes, white flowers, and hints of white-fleshed fruit. On the palate, it is dry, fresh, and harmonious, with an enveloping texture and a perfect balance between acidity and sapidity.

Ideal as an aperitif or paired with delicate fish dishes and crustaceans, it enhances every celebratory moment with its refined personality that tells the terroir of Alta Langa.
