This Alta Langa DOCG Brut signed by Taretto presents an elegant, linear profile, characterized by fine bubbles and a persistent perlage that accompanies each sip. On the nose it reveals notes of white flowers and compact citrus, with subtle hints of green apple and a light impression of yeast and bread crust that adds complexity without weighing it down. The palate is vibrant and dry: the acidity is fresh yet measured, a saline texture supports the fruit and provides balance. It shows a restrained but well-defined structure, designed for precision rather than opulence.

On the palate it displays a pleasant softness in the mid-palate and a lively persistence that invites a second glass; it is smooth but by no means ordinary. It works as a refined aperitif, ideal with raw fish, tartare and shellfish, and naturally accompanies fish-based first courses, grilled vegetables and fresh cheeses. Also excellent for informal convivial moments or to enhance delicate Mediterranean dishes. Serve well chilled, around 6–8 °C, in flutes or large wine glasses to appreciate its aromas and the finesse of the bubbles.
