Spumante Alta Langa DOCG Pas Dose - Ca' Bianca is born in the Piedmont hills, a territory renowned for the production of excellent bubbles obtained from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes. This classic method expresses the typical elegance of Alta Langa, with refined pressure and a long maturation on the lees that give complexity and structure. The aroma opens with fresh and fragrant hints of citrus, white flowers, and a delicate buttery note, while on the palate it reveals itself dry, savory, with a fresh balance between acidity and softness. The absence of residual sugar, typical of the "Pas Dose" version, enhances the purity of the wine, making it ideal to accompany seafood appetizers, crustaceans, and raw fish dishes. A sensory experience that gracefully tells the authentic spirit of Alta Langa, an example of Piedmontese winemaking tradition.
