Spumante Apnea Rosé Brut from Ca di Frara shows a pale pink color and a fine, regular perlage that catches the eye. On the nose it is immediate and pleasant: wild strawberries, rose petals and a citrus note that brightens the aromatic profile. The texture is slender, the alcohol well integrated; the dry bubbles support the sip without being intrusive, giving a tangible sense of balance between freshness and softness. The result is an elegant, easy-drinking sparkling wine, suitable for many moments of the day.

On the palate it confirms its lively nature: precise acidity, a savory mid-palate and a moderate but convincing persistence. It suits aperitivo and light seafood dishes, from tartare and shellfish to summer salads; it also holds up well with light vegetable preparations and cured meats that are not too intense. Serve chilled, around 6–8 °C, in tulip glasses to highlight the aromas and the rhythm of the bubbles.
