Contessa - Arione offers an Asti DOCG sparkling wine with an immediate, welcoming character: fine, lively perlage that enlivens a light, fragrant sip. On the nose it opens with floral and fruity notes, with hints of acacia blossom and ripe peach, followed by a slight honeyed touch that never feels heavy; the whole is governed by a balance of freshness and a measured sweetness, which makes the wine smooth and easy to drink. The structure is slender, with a clean finish that invites a second glass. Its drinkability is immediate, with a pleasant persistence that recalls the aromatic notes.

Ideal as an aperitif or paired with patisserie desserts, fresh fruit and cream-based desserts, it also lends itself to informal social occasions. Serve well chilled, around 6-8°C, in wide glasses that let the aroma develop; it is an effective companion for those seeking aromatic bubbles, sweetly seductive but never cloying, meant to be enjoyed young and lightly.
