The Spumante Brut Best Cotarella is a refined expression of the best grapes selected from the estate, located in the heart of a wine-producing area known for fresh and vibrant whites. This sparkling wine, made with the traditional method, ages for a precise period that gives it elegance and complexity, maintaining a fine and persistent bubble.

On the nose, delicate aromas of white flowers emerge, as well as white-fleshed fruits such as apple and pear, along with subtle notes of yeast and bread crust, a sign of well-managed maturation. The sip is balanced, fresh, and harmonious, with a pleasant savoriness that invites continued tasting. Ideal as an aperitif or paired with delicate fish dishes, shellfish, and fresh cheeses, this sparkling wine represents an elegant choice for festive and convivial moments, enhancing the character of the terroir and the care of the Cotarella cellar.

Winery history
The family's roots date back to the 1960s; brothers Renzo and Riccardo Cotarella founded the Falesco project in 1979. The company has also conducted research and initiatives to recover local grape varieties such as Roscetto.

The pursuit of territorial expression through the integration of tradition and innovation: a focus on enhancing indigenous grape varieties, experimentation in the vineyard and cellar, and training and social responsibility projects linked to the territory.
Terroir and vineyards
Vineyards are mainly located across Lazio and Umbria, with sites also in Tuscany. Soils are often of volcanic origin in the areas surrounding Lake Bolsena.
