Il Palagio by Sting produces an exceptional quality Spumante Brut, ideal for those who appreciate a fine and elegant sparkling wine. This excellence is born from the skillful vinification of carefully selected grapes from Sting's own vineyards, situated in the beautiful Italian region of Tuscany.

This Spumante Brut is distinguished by its delicately bright straw-yellow color, with a subtle and persistent perlage that hints at the quality and complexity of the product. On the nose, it offers a rich aromatic bouquet with nuances of fresh white fruits such as apple and pear, along with delicate hints of citrus and yeast, a result of its long maturation in the bottle.

On the palate, the Spumante Brut from Il Palagio is vigorous and fresh, with a beautiful acidic vein perfectly balanced with its structure. The flavors of ripe fruit intertwine with more subtle sensations of toasted bread and almond, leading to a long and pleasantly harmonious finish.

Ideal as an aperitif, this sparkling wine is also an excellent companion for light appetizers, fish dishes, and seafood. Its elegance also makes it perfect for special occasions and celebrations, where it will add an unparalleled touch of class.

Producing such a refined wine is the result of careful agricultural and winemaking work that respects the land and its traditions, marking every sip with the passion and commitment that Il Palagio - Sting puts into all of its creations.
