Vintage 2025
Gradation 10.5%
Format 75 cl

Obtained from sangiovese grapes vinified in white using the charmat method through rapid pressing of the grapes and white vinification of the sangiovese at low temperature, followed by sparkling fermentation using the charmat method (over 4 months). Then 2 months of aging on fine lees in stainless steel tanks. The wine has intense, fruity, and floral aromas. The palate confirms the olfactory sensations with the addition of a pleasant fruit note. The palate is slender and lively, and the perlage appears fine and elegant thanks to a very prolonged sparkling fermentation.
