Spumante Brut Metodo Classico Trento DOC - Balter is born in the heart of the Trentino Alps, where the cool climate and calcareous soils impart structure and finesse to the wine. Made primarily from Chardonnay grapes, the classic method expresses an elegant sparkle, with a fine and persistent perlage, the result of a long secondary fermentation in the bottle and an aging on the lees that enriches its complexity and creaminess.

On the nose, it offers aromas of ripe white fruit, such as apple and pear, accompanied by delicate hints of yeast and floral notes that evoke bitter orange. On the palate, it is balanced, fresh, and savory, with a lively texture that enhances the typical minerality of the Trentino area. Ideal as an aperitif, it perfectly accompanies seafood appetizers, crustaceans, and fish-based dishes, enhancing their lightness and freshness. An authentic and refined expression of the sparkling excellence of the Trento DOC denomination.
