Made with Chardonnay grapes, this metodo classico perfectly expresses the fresh and mineral character of the mountainous territory, where the temperature variations promote a balance between acidity and aromas.

The long aging on lees gives it a fine and persistent foam, with aromas evoking notes of green apple, toasted bread, and delicate floral hints.
