Pairing Appetizers, fish, aperitifs
Born from Nuragus grapes as a brut sparkling wine, it emphasizes slenderness and purity. The perlage is fine and lively, accompanying an immediate but not overpowering aromatic profile: fresh citrus, green apple, hints of white flowers and a light mineral note that gives it substance. On the nose there is precision rather than opulence, and this is reflected on the palate: dry, marked by bright acidity and a salinity that lengthens the finish without weighing it down.

The sip is smooth, with bubbles that lift the freshness and support a slender structure; the body is light but well-defined, suitable for those seeking immediacy and drinkability. Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs with seafood crudités, shellfish, fish-based first courses and fresh cheeses; it also stands up to summer dishes featuring herbs and citrus. Serve well chilled in not-too-wide glasses to showcase the aromas and the fineness of the perlage.
