Coming from selected vineyards, this sparkling wine stands out for careful winemaking that maintains its freshness and finesse, thanks to a secondary fermentation in autoclave that preserves the delicate aromatic notes.

The color is bright, with delicate straw-yellow reflections, while on the nose it releases scents of green apple, citrus, and a mineral hint, common expressions of the originating cru.
