Pairing Aperitifs, appetizers, fish
To the eye it shows a bright straw-yellow color with a fine, continuous perlage that invites a sip. On the nose there are sensations of fresh citrus and green apple, tempered by delicate floral hints and a light note of yeast reminiscent of bread crust; the aromatic profile remains clean and direct without excesses.

On the palate the profile is dry and well balanced, acidity supports the fruit while the bubbles provide tension and lightness. The finish is saline and pleasantly persistent, with citrus echoes and a subtle creaminess. It works very well as an aperitif and naturally accompanies seafood, fish starters, savory pies and fresh cheeses; keep chilled at 6–8 °C to highlight the freshness and elegance of the bubbles. Recommended in a flute or tulip glass to concentrate the aromas; best enjoyed young, when freshness is at its peak.
