Spumante Brut Rosé Amor di Di Gaspero presents a luminous powder-pink color and a fine perlage that makes the sip airy and smooth. On the nose it shows a delicate bouquet of small red berries, raspberry and wild strawberry, with floral hints and a subtle note of bread crust that adds complexity without being intrusive. On the palate it is fresh and sapid, light-bodied yet balanced: the acidity supports the fruit and keeps the finish dry and pleasantly persistent, inviting a second glass.

Versatile and easy-drinking in style, it is suitable for aperitifs but also for light dishes such as fish tartare, composed salads or crustacean preparations; it also pairs well with desserts that are not overly sweet. Serve chilled, around 6-8 °C, in a flute or tulip glass to enhance the aromas and persistence. The drink remains delicate in tone, ideal for convivial gatherings and informal moments.
