Spumante Brut Rosé Sebastian from Cà Maiol shows a pale pink color and a fine perlage that begins the tasting gracefully. On the nose there are hints of small red fruits and a floral note, balanced by a fresh touch that doesn’t weigh it down; the palate is lean and dynamic, supported by lively acidity and a sapid quality that gives depth. Delicate bubbles caress the palate, making the wine smooth and pleasant, with a discreet persistence that invites a second taste.

At the table it proves very versatile: ideal as an aperitif but also excellent with light fish dishes, carpaccios, shellfish and delicate cured meats, or with dishes featuring fresh tomato. Serve cool to preserve its vibrancy; the fruity finish leaves a clean, balanced impression. Also perfect for informal toasts and summer dinners, it reveals a gentle yet decisive personality that easily wins you over.
