The Spumante Brut Venezia DOC 'Bediver' from Maschio Dei Cavalieri is characterized by a fresh, dry profile, intended for those who seek versatile, easy-drinking sparkling wine. In the glass it shows a fine, persistent perlage and a luminous straw-yellow colour. On the nose there are delicate notes of white-fleshed fruit, white flowers and a citrusy nuance; on the palate the sip is lean, supported by good acidity, with a saline touch that contributes to a clean, lingering finish without excess.

Suitable as an aperitif and to accompany seafood starters, light fish dishes, shellfish and snacks, it also pairs well with fresh cheeses and delicate preparations. It is recommended to serve chilled in a flute or a narrow tulip glass, around 6–8 °C, and to consume preferably while young.
