Garofoli’s Charmat Brut sparkling wine shows a lively perlage and a light straw color that immediately announces a fresh, direct profile. On the nose there are notes of white flowers, green apple and a hint of citrus; the aromatic component remains clean and fragrant, enhanced by the effervescence that keeps everything lively without weighing it down. The style is dry and linear, designed for those who seek drinkability and elegance rather than complex layering.

On the palate it confirms the promise of the nose: the acidity is bright, the structure light but balanced by good sapidity, and the sip flows decisively to a fresh, persistent finish. It’s an ideal aperitif companion, very versatile with raw seafood, delicate fish dishes, and savory snacks; it also works well with light fried preparations or savory pies. Serve well chilled to showcase the wine’s vivacity and clarity, allowing its simplicity and precision to enhance the moment.

Winery history
La Garofoli is a family-run company that has been part of Marche viticulture for generations. The company's official website presents the business as "Italian estate since 1901" and describes a family history developed over multiple generations; other specialized sources and technical datasheets report references to the family's activity as early as the late 19th century and to commercial production in vintages predating the 1900s. The company subsequently evolved with facilities in Castelfidardo and vinification structures for Verdicchio in the Serra de' Conti area, and expanded its presence with wines from Conero and other local appellations.
