A balanced, characterful sparkling wine, the Brut cuvée Conte Fosco presents an immediate liveliness: fine bubbles that make the sip smooth and fresh. On the nose delicate notes of white flowers and white-fleshed fruit emerge, with a citrus hint that supports the palate without weighing it down. The structure is lean but satisfying, with a sapidity that gives energy and a barely perceptible softness that rounds the finish, leaving a pleasant, clean persistence.

It is a versatile sparkling wine, suitable both as an aperitif and for accompanying light seafood dishes, delicate fried foods, or fresh starters; it also works well with finger food and vegetable-based preparations. Serve well chilled to appreciate the tension and freshness of the bubbles. Perfect for informal social occasions, it always maintains an unassuming yet elegant tone, proving pleasant at the table and easy to pair.
