Spumante Cuvée della Terra Metodo Classico - Chioccioli is born in a dedicated area, where the climate and terroir contribute to enhancing the freshness and complexity of the wine. Produced with selected grapes, this sparkling wine is made with the traditional classic method, which involves a second fermentation in the bottle, capable of giving the product dense and long-lasting bubbles.

On the nose, delicate aromas of yeast and bread crust open up, accompanied by fruity notes of green apple and citrus, while on the palate there is a perfect balance between vibrant acidity and softness, with an elegant and refined drinkability. The fine and creamy bubbles enhance the harmonious structure, giving the product a pleasant gustatory dynamism.

This sparkling wine pairs gracefully with seafood appetizers, fish-based dishes, and fresh cheeses, representing a versatile and characterful choice for festive moments or to accompany a refined tasting. An authentic example of methodical sparkling wine that combines tradition and territory.
